My primary responsibility was ensuring the uninterrupted operation of systems within my purview, encompassing network, domain, and server management, operation, order, and security. I was tasked with monitoring systems, responding to outages, and guaranteeing internal network security through the implementation of necessary tools. My role included providing secure and uninterrupted remote communication, system backup and monitoring, and distributing work within the team according to internal customer demands. I oversaw end-of-day transactions, license tracking and reporting, and organized communication channels including data line and network infrastructure. Additionally, I handled the procurement process from obtaining quotations to conducting conformity tests and making purchases. I implemented new software versions, maintained system room order and security, and monitored and updated the IT equipment's fixed asset inventory. My responsibilities also extended to preparing unit activity plans, budget planning, overseeing responsible processes, strategizing, designing, development, and adhering to laws, regulations, and quality standards. I designed intranet pages, developed interactive intranet applications, provided consultancy and design support for visual and audio media, and monitored and reported on NAC, Antivirus, and IPS systems.
