In my role, I provided technical support to users and was responsible for managing and developing the network infrastructure. I planned for the deployment and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and communication systems. My responsibilities also included developing planning for NT Servers on LAN and WAN systems, managing the warehouse, and handling the debiting of the IT environment. I was involved in IT cost planning and supported the management of all infrastructure aspects. My duties also encompassed reporting, analysis, and documentation, enhancing support skills in these areas.
